HAZARDOUS EMISSIONS & GREENHOUSE GASES 

According to NPE application, the facility would emit dangerous greenhouse gases yearly: over 69,000 tons of Carbon Dioxide, 69 tons of Nitrous Oxide and 10.5 tons of other hazardous air pollutants. Simply defined, a hazardous waste is waste with properties that make it dangerous or capable of having a harmful effect on human health or the environment.
